Campervan it .. Remove the rear seats altogether. Build a platform that occupies the section where the rear seats were And where the stow area was. That platform should fold in half towards the rear - creating the table at a better height and overall size. When the bed is folded out, the folded part sits on the seat cushions of the middle swivel chairs. Or... face the middle seats forward and fold them down to still allow the bed to unfold into the folded backs of the middle chairs. What you'll have is a two person camper. Two front for driving. Two middle for facing backwards and eating on large table but allowing a plug in a cooler to fit between the middle seats. In the far rear "dwell" where the Seats stowed , have room for luggage Four foot wide folded bed Rear facing table with two seats.
